For any workplace with five or more employees it is mandatory that the employer conducts and records a Risk Assessment to identify any significant risks that are present in the working environment.
The process of undertaking a Risk Assessment must be deemed to be suitable and sufficient. It can also prove to be a complicated and difficult procedure which can lead to critical safety issues being incorrectly recorded or identified.
