Polish Food Hygiene (Higiena ?ywno?ci) Online Training Course

Throughout the UK, Environmental Health departments have now specified a requirement to provide non English speaking food handlers with suitable instruction and training. 

This Food Hygiene online training course, delivered in the Polish language, contains all the information that Polish food handlers will require to comply with the requirements of training in the Food Hygiene Regulations.

On completion of this Food Hygiene course, Polish speaking food handlers learners will:

• Understand what the law says regarding food hygiene
• Have an awareness of the main principles of HACCP
• Recognise food safety hazards
• Know what is meant by the 4 C′s

The course will also give an overview of the main legislation covering Fire Safety in the United Kingdom.
