When our customers visit or telephone our training centre, you will be their first point of contact, offering a professional and efficient service that will involve a lot more than just answering questions.
You will play a key role in building relationships with our customers by communicating effectively with them, whilst servicing their accounts, helping them with enquiries regarding our products and services and working with colleagues to provide the right solutions to meet their needs.

As a Customer Services Sales Advisor your main responsibilities will be:
The minimum qualifications required to work within this highly regulated industry: Grades A-C (or equivalent) in Math and English Minimum of Level 2 NVQ in Customer services, Sales or Business administration.
Minimum skills and experience required: Excellent computer skills, sound knowledge and experience using Microsoft office programs.Excellent listening and communication skills The motivation to go above-and-beyond for our customers. Proven experience within similar Industry and the ability to work well as part of a dynamic team.
Knowledge of the various types of materials handling equipment and an awareness of health and safety would be advantageous.
Working days: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with at least one Saturday shift per month at an additional overtime rate of time and a half.
Full Time salary: £15,500 per annum basic.
